After falling short against the Miami Heat in the Eastern Conference Finals in seven games, the Boston Celtics seem determined to take the next step during the 2023-24 NBA season, with the team and its players highly motivated to improve over the summer.
One player who has constantly been in the gym working on his game and his body this summer is superstar Jayson Tatum, as he seems to have embraced the gym-rat mentality, especially with the Celtics coming so close to winning a title over the last few years.
This week, Tatum is back to work in the gym and has brought with him a Celtics legend in the form of Paul Pierce.
Along with putting in the work with Pierce with the weights in the gym, Tatum seems to have gotten some work in on the basketball floor as well with fellow NBA star Zach LaVine of the Chicago Bulls, via ClutchPoints.

Tatum and the Celtics will hope to be championship contenders once again during the 2023-24 NBA season, with the team bringing in some help over the course of the summer.
Although the team parted ways with some of their best defenders, with Marcus Smart being shipped to the Memphis Grizzlies and Grant Williams going to the Dallas Mavericks, Boston brought in veteran scorer Kristaps Porzingis to join Tatum and Jaylen Brown.
It remains to be seen if this new trio works in Boston, but as of right now, the Celtics are favored to win it all due to the moves they’ve made, which means the pressure will be on right out of the gate next season.
