The Chicago Bears have been one of the most highly-discussed teams of the NFL offseason.
There have been many questions surrounding this team, notably, what they are going to do at quarterback.
Justin Fields is still on the team, although many expect him to be traded.
The Bears hold the No. 1 overall pick in the NFL Draft for the second year in a row, but it doesn’t appear that they are going to trade it away again this year.
While the Bears’ decision remains to be seen, Jaylon Johnson recently appeared on NFL Total Access to talk about this situation from a player’s point of view.
In this conversation, Johnson said, “Whoever it is, we got to continue to trust the process.”

Johnson might believe in Fields, but ultimately, he wants the Bears to win football games.
He indicated that he and his teammates need to trust the front office and that everything that is supposed to happen will fall into place.
The past several years have been difficult for the Bears, who have struggled to gain traction, especially among their competitors in the NFC North.
The Green Bay Packers are starting to establish themselves as a contender again, and the Detroit Lions continue to prove that they are not the same old Lions.
With this in mind, the Bears will have to do something drastic, whether it’s keeping Fields and building around him or drafting a new QB like Caleb Williams, who could present a new age era for this historic organization.
