The Boston Celtics have a flawless and stacked roster.
Even with Kristaps Porzingis reportedly looking at a long layoff, Joe Mazzulla’s team has everything they need to repeat as NBA champions — including the confidence of a team that has already gotten the monkey off its back.
Still, the New York Knicks made some big moves in the offseason, and some think they might be their toughest opponent in the Eastern Conference now.
Considering that, ESPN pundit — and well-known Knicks fan — Stephen A. Smith asked Celtics star Jaylen Brown if he was worried about the Knicks (via New York Basketball).
Stephen A: "Worried about the Knicks at all?"

While Brown claimed that he wouldn’t say he’s worried about them, they definitely have a great team.
He believes that adding Karl-Anthony Towns gives them a new offensive dynamic, whereas Mikal Bridges also brings a lot to the table.
The Knicks already looked like a strong challenger last season before injuries took a big toll on them.
They’re now a much better team by most standards.
They’ll begin the season banged up and will need to get some bodies back on the court to be at their best, but they should be one of the top three or four teams in the East at the very least.
The Celtics still seem to be in the upper tier and should be the team to beat in the entire Association.
Still, we’ve seen how difficult it is to win back-to-back championships, which is something that hasn’t been done since the 2018 Golden State Warriors.
