The San Francisco 49ers are arguably the best team in the NFL right now because they have so many versatile pieces on offense.
Perhaps the most versatile piece is All-Pro tight end George Kittle.
Former NFL head coach Jay Gruden recently shared his opinion of Kittle as a player.

Yes, Kansas City All-Pro tight end Travis Kelce is perhaps the greatest tight end and best receiving tight end of all time.
But right now, Kittle is the best at demonstrating his ability to catch passes and block.
The former Iowa Hawkeye in Kittle has recorded five seasons with 60+ receptions, 700+ receiving yards, and five or more touchdowns.
He is also a three-time 1,000-yard tight end.
But, there is more to this five-time Pro-Bowler than meets the eye.

It is because of players like Kittle who can either be an extra blocker on the line or who can run long routes that end with big plays.
If the 49ers end up winning the Super Bowl, it could be because of the versatility of a player like the 30-year-old tight end.
