James Harden is about to make his home-court debut with his new team, the Philadelphia 76ers.
He has been doing excellent work in his first two games with the team, scoring 27 and 29 points, respectively.
But those games were on the road and, as everyone knows, playing in Philly for Philly fans is vastly different than an away game.
He seems more than ready to play for his new fans and actually looks downright excited.

Speaking with the press about playing his first game in Philadelphia, Harden said 76ers fans are the “best fans in the NBA” and “ride or die.”
For the usually-quiet Harden, seeing him look legitimately excited is a good indicator that Harden really is pumped up for the game.
Philly To The Finals
Trading for Harden was a huge move for the 76ers and it came at a very important time for the team.
Philadelphia is the third seed in the East with a record of 37-23, just a couple of games behind the second-seed Chicago Bulls.
For the first time in a long time, there is a serious belief that the 76ers could actually make it to the NBA Finals.
The team was doing well before Harden but he has arrived to only make them better.
So far, he seems to play very well alongside MVP candidate Joel Embiid, easing the concerns of some fans that the two wouldn’t get along.
If the team can stay strong – and get only better with Harden – there is no reason to believe they can’t give the Bulls or Miami Heat a run for their money.
The first home game with Harden will be full of energy and enthusiasm, which could give the team even more determination to go all the way.
