The Denver Nuggets are in a good spot right now, as they took a commanding 3-1 lead over the Miami Heat in the 2023 NBA Finals.
They have played at a high level all season long and now are on the verge of becoming NBA champions.
Besides Nikola Jokic, they have strong role players who show up when the team needs them.
Aaron Gordon, Bruce Brown, and Michael Porter Jr. are players who have helped this team, but Jamal Murray is playing at an elite level during this series.
In Game 4, he made history, becoming only the third player to have 12 assists while committing zero turnovers.

This is a great honor for Murray, as he joins the likes of Robert Reid and Magic Johnson, who achieved this feat in 1986 and 1987, respectively.
Moreover, he became the first player to record 10 or more assists in his first four NBA Finals games.

Murray has become a key player for the Nuggets, and he continues to get even better.
Added to his 12 assists, he dropped 15 points to help his team.
The Nuggets will have the chance to close this series out on Monday at Ball Arena.
If Murray keeps playing at this level, it’ll be hard for the Heat to stop him or his teammates.
They’re getting good looks, mostly thanks to Murray, and the Heat haven’t found any answers so far.
