Fans of the New York Knicks were blown away by their team on Friday night.
Game 2 of the opening round against the Cleveland Cavaliers was not a good one, just days after a surprising win in Game 1.
Loyal followers of the team were afraid that the team was falling back into old habits but they proved that wasn’t true with a big 99-79 win at home on Friday.
Following the huge victory, Jalen Brunson talked about how special the home court of Madison Square Garden is.
“This place is unreal. That’s it,” Brunson said.

It’s not just MSG that was unreal, the Knicks were too.
Brunson led the way with an impressive 21 points, 4 rebounds, and 6 assists.
He was met by strong efforts from RJ Barrett (19 points), Josh Hart (13 points), Julius Randle (11 points and 8 rebounds), and Immanuel Quickley (11 points).
All in all, the entire roster came together to silence the Cavs and force them into one of their worst performances of the year.
The crowd in Madison Square Garden was nearly deafening at times.
After several ho-hum seasons, they believe their team is something special once again and they’re excited and fired up.
They are ready to cheer on every single point and make life miserable for the Cavs.
They will be prepared for another big game on Sunday.
Game 4 of the series will also be held at Madison Square Garden.
That means that Brunson and the rest of the team have a chance to wow their hometown supporters yet again.
