Trevor Lawrence of the Jacksonville Jaguars is one of the better rising young quarterbacks in the NFL.
He does not only throw the football accurately, but he also has some ability to move the chains with his legs.
Lawrence’s talent and skills have made the Jaguars into an upstart team, but there is one skill he seems to lack.
A number of his teammates took him to task for being a poor trash talker, per CBS Sports.

Perhaps trash talking isn’t in Lawrence’s repertoire, but his bag is pretty full overall.
After an inconsistent start to the 2022 campaign, he started to get hot in early November, and his numbers over the last nine games of the regular season stacked up very well against those of any other signal-caller in the league.
During that span, Jacksonville went 7-2 and finished first in the AFC South, giving them only their second playoff berth since 2007.
In the Wild Card round, they fell behind 27-0 to the Los Angeles Chargers as Lawrence threw four interceptions and looked downright terrible.
But from that point on, he notched four touchdown passes and zero picks as the Jaguars won on a game-winning field goal by Riley Patterson.
Although they lost in the divisional round to the eventual Super Bowl champion Kansas City Chiefs, hopes are running high for the 2023 season in Jacksonville.
They could be better this fall and winter not only because they’ll be a year older and wiser, but also because of the arrival of Calvin Ridley, a very capable wide receiver who put up 1,374 yards and nine touchdowns in 2020.
