The Miami Dolphins had one of the most explosive passing games in the National Football League this season, which shouldn’t come as a surprise, considering they traded for that guy people like to call ‘cheetah.’
Tyreek Hill has earned a reputation for being the fastest guy in the league, even attempting to qualify for the Olympics as a track runner.
However, it seems like there’s a new Sheriff in town, someone who believes he’s fast enough to beat Cheetah himself in a race.
Hill was interviewing some of his colleagues during the Pro Bowl when Jacksonville Jaguars star Jamal Agnew made the headlines for his self-confidence.
Cheetah asked Agnew just how badly he’d beat him in a race, with Agnew stating that he’d actually beat him:
“Really, if I’m thinking about it right now, you probably wouldn’t beat me, to be honest,” Agnew said. “I really think I’m the fastest in the league, I’m not going to lie. I don’t get the miles per hour, I think something’s wrong with the GPS on my pads and stuff, but I really think I’m the fastest in the league, I’m not gonna lie.”

Notably, Agnew is indeed one of the fastest players in the league right now, being clocked at 21.62 miles per hour by NFL Next Gen Stats back in 2021.
But whether that’ll be enough to beat Cheetah in a race remains to be seen.
Mike McDaniel sure turned the Dolphins into must-watch television with his new-look offense featuring Tyreek Hill and Jaylen Waddle running routes.
They made Tua Tagovailoa look his best after a couple of years of unimpressive play, with Hill also proving that he didn’t need Patrick Mahomes to put up video game-like numbers.
So, him being the competitor he is, we wouldn’t be surprised if this race actually went down, and he’ll never let Agnew forget about it if he winds up beating him.
