J.J. Redick is very impressed by the Phoenix Suns’ big three of Devin Booker, Kevin Durant, and Bradley Beal.
The only problem is that this trio hasn’t been able to play together often because of multiple injuries that have plagued them since the beginning of the season.
Speaking on “First Take,” Redick listed the statistics to show that the Suns are incredibly impressive when these three players are healthy.
Sadly, that’s just not that often.
“When they’ve been on the court together, they have been a damn good basketball team,” Redick said.

The Suns are the sixth seed in the West with a 35-26 record.
They have a 14-9 record when Booker, Durant, and Beal have been playing together.
However, they have only been able to hit the court together for 23 games this season because of unexpected and repeated injuries.
Booker is the latest Suns star to be hit with an injury problem and is currently out for seven to ten days with an ankle issue.
Redick said the injuries are unfortunate but he also added that they’re not that surprising.
Rosters with super teams just aren’t deep enough to be strong when one of their main stars goes down for an extended amount of time.
The Suns have been able to get by without their big three being intact but they definitely want Booker, Durant, and Beal back as soon as possible.
As the postseason rapidly approaches, the health of these three players is more important than ever before.
