Week 11 is here, and two teams have already fired their head coaches this season.
It’s that time of the NFL season when teams that have watched their season circle the drain are already thinking about cleaning house in the offseason.
One insider says that a full front office shakeup could be on the horizon for one struggling team that has not lived up to lofty expectations.
NFL Network’s Ian Rapoport shared Sunday morning that a full regime change could be coming for the Jacksonville Jaguars.
The team is sitting at 2-8 with a pair of brutal matchups up next in the Detroit Lions and Houston Texans.
Rapoport added, “Sources say that change is likely coming to the Jacksonville Jaguars, and a loss today with the bye week coming up could spark it.”

He added that the reasons would be last year’s collapse combined with a disappointing start this year, all of which would contribute to the team potentially firing head coach Doug Pederson and general manager Trent Baalke.
This wouldn’t be surprising news, as this team expected to win the AFC South this year to avenge their poor performance down the stretch last year after quarterback Trevor Lawrence went down with an injury.
Going into Detroit and beating the 8-1 Lions with Mac Jones at quarterback seems like an impossible task, so this house cleaning could begin as early as Monday morning.
Rapoport said that one source told him everyone is to blame for this poor season in Jacksonville, but change starts at the top.
