The Davante Adams saga out in Las Vegas figures to continue for another week.
According to ESPN insider Jeremy Fowler, the Pro Bowl wide receiver is not expected to play in this week’s game against the Pittsburgh Steelers due to a hamstring injury.
A week after requesting a trade from the team, this is not surprising.

Time will certainly tell if and when the six-time Pro-Bowler gets traded and what the Las Vegas Raiders can receive in return for him.
It appears as though the two most likely destinations for him are the New York Jets and the New Orleans Saints.
However, both of those teams are dealing with Interesting situations at the moment.
The Jets just made the shocking move to fire head coach Robert Saleh, and Adams’ old college quarterback in Derek Carr is dealing with an oblique injury down in the Bayou.
Other teams such as the Pittsburgh Steelers and Washington Commanders could be in play too.
But, it certainly seems like Adams won’t be playing another down for the Raiders again.
All NFL fans and pundits can do is wait and see where one of the best receivers of this era ends up taking his talents.
