The Miami Heat stole Game 1 of their first-round series against the Milwaukee Bucks.
But the win came at a cost.
Miami lost star shooting guard Tyler Herro to a broken hand in the game.
He will miss the rest of this series and seems unlikely to return for a few months.
According to Ira Winderman, Herro is expected to be out until the NBA Finals.
Herro he has been told that the timetable would mean earliest for a possible return would be the NBA Finals. https://t.co/FcSNEjOzNp

First, the Heat will have to make it that far which will be no easy task.
Miami won Game 1 partly because Giannis Antetokounmpo left the game with a back injury.
If he remains out, the Heat have a great chance of making this a tight series.
Miami is not your regular eight-seed.
Last year they were in the Eastern Conference Finals and took the Boston Celtics to a Game 7.
But, their record suffered due to the number of injuries they battled this season.
Herro is a big loss because he is one of their leading scorers and a great shooter.
He can get hot at a moment’s notice and swing the game in Miami’s direction.
It will be interesting to see how coach Erik Spoelstra handles the rotations without Herro.
Miami will have to find other ways to score without the shooting of Herro.
Also, they will need a committee of players to make up for the lost 20.1 points per game.
Overall, this is a big blow to the Heat’s chances in the first round.
But, if Giannis remains out for Milwaukee that could be all the Heat need to move on.
