After starting the 2023 NFL regular season with 10 wins in their first 11 games, the then-defending NFC champion Philadelphia Eagles seemed like a team that was a force to be reckoned with once again in the conference.
Unfortunately, that was the last time there was optimism in Philadelphia during the 2023 campaign, as the team fell apart after that, resulting in the Eagles looking like they had lost that spirit that helped them be a success the season prior.
Ultimately, the Eagles were still able to make the NFL playoffs, but they flamed out in spectacular fashion in the first round of the postseason, with Baker Mayfield and the Tampa Bay Buccaneers crushing Philadelphia and ending their season.
With the 2023 campaign ending in disappointment, the Eagles were expected to make some moves during the offseason, and it seems as though that turned out to be true, with the team agreeing to sign veteran star running back Saquon Barkley, formerly of the division-rival New York Giants.
After the news surfaced about the signing of Barkley, Dianna Russini of The Athletic stoked the fire a bit on Twitter, hinting at the Eagles not being done making moves.

At this point in time, it is unclear what potential big moves the Eagles could make moving forward and whether it’ll be another big signing or a significant trade to upgrade the roster.
With the Eagles losing center Jason Kelce and defensive tackle Fletcher Cox to retirement, the team could address either the offensive line or defensive line to replace these two savvy veterans or address another area of need entirely.
