We aren’t sure how much longer Malcolm Brogdon will be with the Boston Celtics.
Even though the guard has only been with Boston for one season, there has already been talk of him being traded.
Additionally, there have been reports of Brogdon being unhappy with the Celtics organization.
But according to Ramona Shelburne, his displeasure isn’t about being traded.
Speaking on ESPN, via ClutchPoints, she said Brogdon is upset because of how his recent injury has been handled.
“I don’t think the bad feelings are over including him in any trade discussions… I think a lot of this has to do with what’s going on with his elbow,” Shelburne said.

Brogdon suffered an injury toward the end of last season and was used sparingly by the team after that.
It’s not exactly clear why he is upset with the team about this injury but whatever is going on needs to be addressed soon.
Brogdon came to the Celtics last summer and was seen as a missing piece that could help them return to the Finals.
During his years with the Milwaukee Bucks and Indiana Pacers, Brogdon made a name for himself as a strong shooter and clutch performer.
Plus, his style of play was supposed to seamlessly blend with the others in Boston.
He averaged 14.9 points, 4.2 rebounds, and 3.7 assists during his first year with the Celtics.
Boston loved what he was doing and he even earned Sixth Man of the Year.
Yet, now things are apparently a little strained between him and the team.
Can Brogdon and Boston mend fences and get their relationship healthy again before the new season starts?
Or will this former Rookie of the Year find a new team to call home?
