The upcoming 2025 NFL Draft may not be as talent-rich as the 2024 draft was, but there will be at least a few intriguing prospects who could help turn things around for a number of teams.
The top three prospects for 2025 are considered by many to be wide receiver/cornerback Travis Hunter and quarterbacks Shedeur Sanders and Cam Ward.
One player who may not go that high in the draft but may be considered the third-best QB in this year’s class has made himself available.

Milroe just wrapped up his fourth season with Alabama. In his second year as its starter, the team posted a 9-4 record and made an appearance in the ReliaQuest Bowl, which it lost to Michigan.
In that game, Milroe completed 16 of his 32 pass attempts for 192 yards, one passing touchdown and one interception.
On the season, he threw for 2,844 yards, 16 touchdowns and 11 interceptions with a 64.3 percent pass completion rate. He also rushed for 726 yards and 20 touchdowns.
It is thought that Milroe has the basic skills to be a modern-day dual-threat quarterback in the NFL, but while he has grown as a passer, he still has a ways to go before he becomes a true threat in that department.
He may not get drafted in the first round, but he could be someone who eventually develops into a decent starter.
