Baseball is a game that can be enjoyed by people of all ages, including children.
Some children fall in love with their hometown teams and are able to learn interesting facts about players on the roster.
A young St. Louis Cardinals fan was being tested by his father to name every player on the team’s roster, and the two were loving every minute of it.
On Twitter, the Cardinals podcast “That’s A Winner” posted the video of this adorable moment shared by the child and his dad as the latter quizzed him on the roster and who the current players on it were.

Incredibly, this child was able to name most of the Cardinals players on the roster.
His dad was giving him the first names of players and trying to see if his son could give him the last names.
He was able to name players such as Paul Goldschmidt, Lars Nootbaar, Nolan Arenado, Nolan Gorman, Jordan Walker, Adam Wainwright, and others.
There were a few that stumped him.
Those were Miles Mikolas, Oscar Mercado, and Paul DeJong.
However, the kid did an impressive job at remembering almost every player on the Cards roster.
He even guessed Alec Burleson, who serves as a left-handed bench bat for the team.
At the end of the video, the father asks if his son can remember any more names.
In adorable fashion, the son said “the coach.”
He then was able to remember manager Oli Marmol’s name.
This is certainly one way for a kid to learn about baseball and the players on their favorite team’s roster.
