Giannis Antetokounmpo is already a legend in the city of Milwaukee.
The 26-year-old just led the Bucks to an NBA title this summer and is ready to run it back on his current deal that pays him well over $200 million.
Everything is just going perfect for the young man.
His large personal fortune opens up investment opportunities and Antetokounmpo has decided to invest even more in his hometown.
The NBA star has purchased a stake in the Milwaukee Brewers ownership group.

Antetokounmpo is officially Mr. Milwaukee.
Repping His City
Smaller professional sports markets like Milwaukee often have a tough time attracting and retaining top talent.
Antetokounmpo is totally changing that narrative by not only staying in town, but investing in it beyond what he does on the court.
If anything, this is just cool to see.
We have seen Patrick Mahomes purchase a stake in the Kansas City Royals, as he looks to be the face of that city for the foreseeable future.
The Bucks star is doing the same thing and sports fans in Milwaukee have to be thrilled.
Imagine a scenario where the Brewers have a chance to sign a big star, and Antetokounmpo personally says he will fork over some cash to make it happen.
Milwaukee is already going to build him a statue, but his legend will just keep growing with the way he is so passionate about his city.
Trying To Become A Title Town
While fans in Milwaukee do cheer for the Green Bay Packers, the Bucks and Brewers are the only two teams truly based in the city.
Fans got to witness the basketball team bring home a title, and now the baseball team is sitting with one of the best records in baseball.
The Brewers are cruising to a National League Central division title and, barring a collapse, will be hosting an NLDS series.
The famous new owner will likely be in attendance, cheering on his new investment.

Antetokounmpo could have easily bolted Milwaukee to head to a big city like Los Angeles.
He could have teamed up with other stars and chased a title that way.
Instead, he trusted his team’s process, in addition to his own abilities, and is a champion at a young age.
There are not many stars in any sport like Antetokounmpo and Milwaukee is lucky to have him on the court and now part of the Brewers’ ownership group.
