Giannis Antetokounmpo entered the NBA as the 15th overall pick in the 2013 NBA Draft.
It has been more than a decade since Antetokounmpo made his NBA debut, but he has come a long way in this time frame.
When the Milwaukee Bucks drafted the Greek player, they most likely never expected him to become the superstar that he has become in the NBA.
In fact, Giannis Antetokounmpo continues to bring success to the Bucks while being the leader of the team as well.
In addition, the 2x NBA MVP has obviously broken a handful of franchise records.
With that said, Giannis Antetokounpo became the winningest Milwaukee Buck of all time following the team’s recent 113-97 win against the Chicago Bulls, as revealed via the team’s official Twitter handle.

As the tweet suggests, Antetokounmpo’s 489 wins as a player of the Milwaukee Bucks is the most in franchise history.
Previously, the record was held by Sidney Moncrief, who had 488 wins under his belt during his Bucks career.
The best part about reaching the milestone is the fact that Giannis Antetokounmpo is still 29 years old.
It means he has plenty of basketball left in him and can further widen the gap between him and Moncrief.
The Bucks are currently one of the best teams in the NBA, as they are the second seed in the Eastern Conference with a 40-21 record.
It further proves that the Bucks have an excellent roster around Antetokounmpo, and he can enjoy at least a few more years of being a part of one of the top teams in the East.
