Even despite Khris Middleton and Jrue Holiday missing time, the Milwaukee Bucks continue to scrape their way into wins.
Needless to say, missing the team’s second-leading scorer has put even more pressure on Giannis Antetokounmpo‘s shoulders.
However, the Greek Freak hasn’t hesitated or struggled to live up to the expectations.
In fact, he’s recently put together one of the most impressive five-game stretches this beautiful game has ever seen.
Per NBA history, the Bucks forward is the first player to score 200+ points, grab 80+ boards, and hand out 30+ dimes in a five-game span since Kareem Abdul-Jabbar did it in 1972.

“He’s just constantly improving,” said Bucks co-star Brook Lopez. “When you think where else can he go and how else can he improve, he just improves again. We’re going to have to expand the English language in some way to come up with words [to describe him]. I don’t know if I’ve said that before, but I’m sure he’s going to improve again. Who knows what he’s going to do next. He’s just so otherworldly.”
Giannis recently claimed that he expects his game to be boring because that means he’s consistently doing the same.
Not many players could consistently put up these kinds of numbers, but it seems like we’ve already gotten used to the Greek Freak filling up the stat sheet this way.
Even so, we shouldn’t take a player like this for granted.
Giannis is a generational talent and should be viewed as such, and the best part is that he’s just entering his prime.
