Travis Kelce has long been considered the gold standard at the tight end position, though he and the Kansas City Chiefs have been making headlines outside of football.
Kelce shocked the league and the rest of the world when he started to date Taylor Swift.
A celebrity in his own right, Kelce has been subjected to more media coverage than ever before because of his relationship with Swift.
Swift is currently one of the biggest music artists in the world and has been a frequent guest in the fan suites at Chiefs games.
Despite being on tour in Tokyo, Swift is expected to make it back in time to root for Kansas City and Kelce during Super Bowl LVIII where they play the San Francisco 49ers.
Fellow tight end George Kittle admitted that he couldn’t deal with the same sort of coverage and attention Kelce’s been getting and joked about wanting to talk to him about it in the offseason via NBC.
“No, I can’t grasp my head around it,” Kittle said. “At some point in the offseason I’ll probably have to grab a beer and talk to him about it.”

Kittle sounds like he’s being facetious, but is probably being honest considering how much Kelce finds himself in the news cycle.
Tabloids and outlets go crazy for celebrity relationships, and it’s only fitting that someone like Swift would be dating one of the more high-profile professional football players in Kelce.
However, the attention will be on Kelce and Kittle as they try to lead their respective teams to a Super Bowl championship this Sunday.
