The Buffalo Bills have once again come up short in their quest for winning the franchise’s first-ever Super Bowl.
They lost 32-29 to the Kansas City Chiefs last Sunday on the road, with the game once again coming down to the wire.
Former NFL player and current Fox Sports analyst Mark Schlereth believes that Bills head coach Sean McDermott may not be the right guy to lead the team.
“Be who you are. The issue I have with McDermott in these big games is that he’s not,” Schlereth said Wednesday via “Breakfast Ball.”

McDermott has brought the Bills the most success that they have had since the days of Marv Levy.
The franchise has won each of the last five AFC East titles and has made themselves a real Super Bowl threat within the conference.
However, they have not been able to make it past the AFC Championship and by virtue, Andy Reid and the Kansas City Chiefs.
Calling for McDermott’s job right now seems a little too crazy, considering he has built a very good football team in western New York.
However, he will have to improve his in-game decisions and his operation during the biggest games.
The best head coaches in sports must rise to the occasion if they want to reach the top and win a championship.
Moving forward, many eyes will be on McDermott to see if he can do that with star quarterback Josh Allen.
