These are rumors about Jaylen Brown possibly leaving the Boston Celtics this offseason.
That was unfathomable even a few months ago, but desperate times call for desperate measures in Boston.
Speaking on “Get Up,” Markieff Morris said the Celtics should keep Brown because he could be on the verge of having his best season ever.

Instead of moving away from Brown, the Celtics should lean into him, Morris said.
Jayson Tatum will likely miss all of 2025-26, which puts Boston in a very uncomfortable position.
They have already made some changes, and there are reports of them making even more in order to build a roster that can survive without Tatum.
They are trying to shed money and also retain talent, which is not an easy task.
If the Celtics traded Brown, they would get a huge haul in exchange for him.
They would save money, and they would also get a lot of talent, but is that the right choice?
Many Celtics fans would instantly regret the move, and the years ahead would be filled with them watching him succeed for another team.
Brown could be the leader for the Celtics and show that he can help them find success even when Tatum is out.
Morris makes a fair point, and many Boston fans agree with him.
But that doesn’t mean the front office will listen, because they could still decide to ship him to a different team in the days or weeks ahead.
