Paul George and the Philadelphia 76ers have a lot to prove in the 2024-25 NBa season.
According to former NBA player Kenyon Martin, fans have every reason to believe they will prove it all.
Speaking on Gilbert Arenas’ show, Martin said he expects a lot from George and the Sixers this year.
He thinks that George will be a perfect fit for the team, especially alongside Joel Embiid and Tyrese Maxey.
He said that George will be able to find his spot on the court, post up some good shots and still play great defense.
“I’m expecting big things from P.G. and the Sixers this year,” Martin said.

A lot of expectations will weigh on Philadelphia this year.
If they are a middling team again, many fans will give up hope of any postseason greatness.
Several analysts have stated that George could be the missing piece the Sixers need.
With his ability to shoot and defend, he could fill some of the major voids the team has.
He’s a terrific player, even with his history of injuries and the Los Angeles Clippers’ struggles over the years.
So, what happens if he comes to Philadelphia and the team still has problems?
Like George, the team can’t seem to shake off the injury bug and that repeatedly holds Embiid back.
Plus, the Eastern Conference is crowded and incredibly competitive, posing a lot of roadblocks on the way to the playoffs.
Even with a fully healthy George on the roster, there are still legitimate concerns about the 76ers.
