NFL fans have caught Brock Purdy fever since the rookie quarterback came onto the scene in San Francisco.
The seventh-round pick found himself thrusted into the starting quarterback role after Jimmy Garoppolo went down with a season-ending injury.
While no one really knew him, he’s taking the San Francisco 49ers to the NFC Championship Game this Sunday.
With his emergence, the 49ers have a shot at reaching the Super Bowl.
While some people are just catching the Purdy fever, Robert Griffin III has been a huge fan of the rookie quarterback since day one.
WHAT DID I SAY??? Brock Purdy is the best story in the NFL, been a baller since college and has proven all the doubters wrong thus far in his young NFL career.

Griffin saw everything the young quarterback did during his college years.
He lists off everything Purdy did while playing for Iowa State, which includes passing for over 12,000 yards and 81 touchdowns.
With the young quarterback having a win-at-any-cost mindframe, he’s perfect for the 49ers offense.
However, there are still some doubts about him which Griffin hopes to expel.
While he uses his comments from a segment on Monday Night Football from December to defend Purdy, his recent numbers tell a better story.
During the regular season, the rookie had a 67.1% completion percentage, 1,374 passing yards, 13 touchdowns, and four interceptions.
However, as the starting quarterback, he had 11 touchdowns and two interceptions.
When you examine his playoff performance, you see him passing for 546 yards and three touchdowns in two games.
While his completion percentage is down to 62.7% in the playoffs, it’s still a solid number.
He continues to win games, the most important part of his job.
While Griffin shows how he’s been a believer in Purdy, his numbers show why he’s an excellent quarterback.
