The Pittsburgh Steelers took a big chance when they took Kenny Pickett in the NFL Draft.
Despite his success in college, there were some serious concerns and doubts about his ability to find success at the next level, and the fact that they were still undecided about starting him to begin the year only made things worse.
But Pickett eventually took hold of the starting job and finished the season on quite a high note.
With that in mind, former NFL coach Dave Wannstedt told Colin Cowherd that the Steelers have very high expectations for him right now, stating that they believe he can actually lead them to a Super Bowl (via The Volume).

Pickett looked ahead of schedule once he got settled in and got more time and room to operate in the offense.
His chemistry with George Pickens was remarkable, and for the first time in years, the Steelers offense was actually able to move the chains consistently.
More than that, he has a solid running game and an elite defense to support him, not to mention one of the savviest and brightest coaches in the league.
It might take a while, and all young quarterbacks go through some major growing pains, but it seems like the Steelers have found their guy for many years to come.
