The NFL careers of former New England Patriots stars Julian Edelman, Rob Gronkowski and Tom Brady are over.
At least they say they’re retired for now.
Although Brady has only been retired for almost two months, the seven-time Super Bowl champion is already enjoying his time away from the gridiron.
Still, it hasn’t stopped him from picking up a football and battling with his former Patriots teammates on the beach.

Although a lot of people are talking about these guys for the obvious Top Gun and Tom Cruise comparisons, it’s nice to see some Hall of Famers having fun doing what made them legends in the first place.
As for the future, it’s not beyond the realm of possibility that Brady and or Gronkowski change their tune about playing in the NFL one more time.
Gronkowski and Brady couldn’t help themselves after leaving the Patriots, as they teamed up on the Tampa Bay Buccaneers to win another Super Bowl title.
Whether there’s another ideal situation like that left in the league right now is debatable, as most teams are set with the major moves they’ve made in the NFL offseason and are waiting to add to their rosters with young talent in the 2023 NFL Draft next month.
All signs point to Brady’s playing days being over, but that itch to continue playing beyond 45 years old is likely still, and it can’t be counted out that he tries to make a comeback in the near future.
