Well, it seems like NBA superstars have officially said enough is enough and won’t tolerate any more disrespect.
There has been a lot of talking after Team USA failed to bring a medal back home in the FIBA Basketball World Cup, so they’re ready to get back on top as soon as possible.
That’s why LeBron James, Stephen Curry, Kevin Durant, and several other NBA superstars are reportedly looking forward to suiting up for the 2024 Olympics.
Needless to say, the fans were quite excited to hear the news, and took to Twitter to share their thoughts on the matter.

USA Basketball has overlooked the FIBA Basketball World Cup way too many times, but it also matters.
Of course, the Olympics is the ultimate sporting event, so it’s easy to understand why bona fide superstars would rather commit to playing in that tournament and not the World Cup, but still.
Basketball is a global sport, and the rest of the world has gotten a lot better throughout the course of the years.
Team USA can’t expect to go through the motions and just dominate out of mere talent, as some of those national teams have long-withstanding projects with players that have been playing together for years.
It’s not enough to just stack up talent and hope for the best, and USA Basketball has learned it the hard way.
But hey, if that’s what it took for these superstars to decide to team up and take the world by storm next summer, then it was all worth it.
