The new-look Phoenix Suns showed a glimpse of what they’re going to look like on the court next season.
Frank Vogel’s team is 3-1 in the preseason — which doesn’t mean a thing — and their stars haven’t been on the court for long.
But judging by what we saw in their game vs. the Portland Trail Blazers, it seems like the rest of the league is in some serious trouble.
None of their stars played more than 18 minutes, yet they combined for 49 points.
Kevin Durant scored 19 in 15 minutes, while Devin Booker added 19 in 18 minutes, and Bradley Beal had 11 points in 18 minutes.
That’s why some of the fans were in awe of this new Big 3 and took to Twitter to share their thoughts on this new-look Suns.

KD might have found the best two people to play ball with outside of Steph & Klay

Needless to say, Beal, Booker, and Durant aren’t exactly a defensive juggernaut, although Durant is a solid rim protector and there was a time when Beal was actually a solid perimeter defender.
But Frank Vogel knows how to hide their subpar defenders with his system, and the Suns have added so much depth at every position to be worried about that.
This team has the tools to outscore every single other team on Earth, all while boasting length and switchability on the defensive end of the floor.
Health could be the only thing that could derail this team’s season, as Durant and Beal have struggled to stay on the court as of late, and Booker also dealt with hamstring injuries last season.
Aside from that, good luck beating this Suns team four out of seven times in the playoffs.
