The Las Vegas Raiders’ woes continue.
The revolving door in the coaching staff has started spinning again, with three coaches heading out of the door.
Following the loss vs. the Cincinnati Bengals, they decided to fire offensive coordinator Luke Getsy, offensive line coach James Cregg, and quarterbacks coach Rich Scangarello (Via Ari Meirov).
The #Raiders have fired three coaches: OC Luke Getsy, OL coach James Cregg, and QBs coach Rich Scangarello.
Blowing it up on offense.

The trio of coaches were in their first season with the team, and the fact that they let them go nine games into their tenure speaks volumes about the state of the team.
Needless to say, it didn’t take long before the fans flooded social media with their comments about this.
Not saying these coaches are any good, but I really hope the Raiders aren’t trying to blame these guys for an offense that features Gardner Minshew, WR1 Jakobi Meyers, and a backfield duo of Zamir White and Alexander Mattison being bad

Antonio Pierce blaming everyone but himself.

Pierce is next. Either this offseason or during 2025 if it trends in the same direction

The Raiders are in the midst of a five-game losing streak — their worst since 2018.
They’re also the not-so-proud owners of the worst record in the league.
Granted, a subpar quarterback room has had plenty to do with the team’s offensive struggles, but play-calling and designing were also evident issues there.
Getsy was known for his expertise in the running game from his days with the Chicago Bears, but he wasn’t able to work that magic in Sin City, with the team logging the second-worst rushing attack in the league.
Also, with them scoring just 18.0 points per game (26th in the league), it’s easy to understand the front office’s frustration with them.
The Raiders initially intended to hire Kliff Kingsbury before removing himself from consideration for the job, so with Getsy being a bit of an afterthought, he was never going to be given a long leash here.
