The Boston Celtics scored an essential win on Thursday night, beating the Philadelphia 76ers, 95-86, and forcing a Game 7.
All eyes will be on TD Garden this Sunday as the Celtics and 76ers determine who will reach the Eastern Conference Finals.
Following the big game on Thursday, Celtics star Jaylen Brown had a big request for the fans.
He said that the energy at their home arena had been “OK at best” during the postseason.
According to Jay King, Brown said, “I’m calling you guys out. Let’s make sure the Garden is ready to go…When the Garden gets going there’s nothing like it.”
Jaylen Brown: “Energy in the Garden has been OK at best in the playoffs.”
He just called for Boston to bring it.

Some people online completely agreed with Brown that the fans need to bring enthusiasm.
But they added that the arena isn’t “really hard to motivate” and they will respond accordingly to “effort plays” and “hustle.”
On one side he's perfectly right. On the other side, the garden is not really hard to motivate. They just have to do the effort plays, hustle, and move the ball and they'll get them rocking.

Others said that TD Garden hasn’t really had a reason to be excited during the playoffs, aside from a few good games against the Atlanta Hawks and 76ers.
There have been multiple victories but not a lot of moments that have had fans eager to cheer.
To the fans credit there really hasn’t been much to get excited for in the home playoff games besides the first 2 against ATL and game 2 against philly. But game 7 and season on the line… it’ll be rocking

Certain fans said they’d be there in person on Sunday and promised that their part of the arena would be loud and proud.
I’ll be getting loud in the nose bleeds Sunday I can promise you that

And many fans pleaded with others to make life hard and loud for the 76ers.
ANYONE GOING BETTER LOSE THEIR VOICE FROM SCREAMING

Few NBA moments have the energy that comes with a Game 7.
It sounds like Brown wants as much energy as the fans can bring.
This will not only make it harder for the Sixers to concentrate but it will also give the Celtics energy and focus.
In a series that has been as close as this, that could make all the difference.
