Toni Kukoč might not be a household name like some of the NBA stars he played with but he is still a three-time champion, Sixth Man of the Year, and a Hall of Famer.
And on Monday, he is celebrating his 55th birthday.
Ballislife took that as an opportunity to celebrate the forward who played for the Chicago Bulls, Philadelphia 76ers, Atlanta Hawks, and Milwaukee Bucks.
They posted a highlight reel of some of his best work.

And the fans came out to celebrate too.
Some referred to him as one of his nicknames, the Croatian Sensation.
He certainly was a sensation with an average of 18.8 points and 7 rebounds a game at the height of his time with the Bulls.

Others commented that Kukoč was part of the best Bulls era, a time when that Chicago team was the most intense and intimidating team in the league.

Some wondered just how well Kukoč would do if he was playing in today’s NBA.
There are numerous fans who believe that he’d still be a tough competitor.
He would be a perennial all-star if he played today, like Hedo Turkoglu on steroids

Although he is best known for his years with the Bulls, when he won three championships, he continued to play after that too.
There were those who wanted to give a shoutout to his tenure with the Bucks at the end of his career.
He was really good with the Bucks for several years, as well.

Kukoč played in the league for 13 years and definitely made his mark.
Because he was performing alongside giants of the game such as Michael Jordan and Scottie Pippen, he was a bit overshadowed and didn’t receive the same amount of fame.
But Kukoč was a sensational, strong player and deserves his spot in the Hall of Fame.
