On Saturday, the Seattle Mariners squared off against the Detroit Tigers at Comerica Park.
During the game, something very interesting took place.
Eugenio Suarez was at the plate for the Mariners, taking his hacks against his old team in the top of the second inning.
When Tigers starter Alex Faedo delivered a pitch that was outside, the ball caromed, hit Suarez in the left arm, and bounced to his feet.
Suarez then kicked it into the air and tossed it aside.
This is something that Suarez is no stranger to.
On Twitter, MLB Cut4 posted a compilation video of Suarez showing off his footwork.

Baseball isn’t always a game where showing off footwork is necessary.
However, in this case, it was.
Suarez showed off a unique skill on Saturday when he managed to kick the ball into his hand before tossing it aside.
This is certainly an impressive display of footwork that Suarez showed off at Comerica Park on Saturday.
Still, it isn’t the first time he has been able to do that.
In fact, it may be second nature to Suarez.
He managed to show off some impressive reflexes in the process.
The slugger is hitting .218 to start the season and went hitless on Saturday against the Tigers.
However, that didn’t take away from the impressive reflexes and footwork he managed to show off in the second inning.
Baseball is certainly a unique game, and Saturday’s contest between the Mariners and Tigers presented a unique opportunity for Suarez to put on a show with his feet.
