Donovan Mitchell of the Cleveland Cavaliers seems fired up and ready for the new season to begin.
The four-time All-Star hopped on Twitter Saturday morning to post pictures of himself with his team.
Between the pictures and the caption in the tweet, it seems clear that Mitchell is expecting some big things in 2023-24.
Fans of the Cavaliers are expecting the same.

Mitchell’s first season with the Cavaliers was mostly very good.
He averaged 28.3 points, 4.3 rebounds, and 4.4 assists on a field goal percentage of 48.4%.
In seemingly no time at all, Mitchell slid into the role of team leader and was Cleveland’s top scorer.
It really did feel like Mitchell was the key to finding great postseason success for the Cavaliers.
They climbed all the way up to the fourth seed in the East and some fans thought they’d push far into the playoffs.
They did not.
They were eliminated from the postseason in the opening round, falling 1-4 to the New York Knicks.
It was a terribly disappointing end to Mitchell’s first season with the team.
There has been a lot of talk about what’s next for the Cavaliers and Mitchell.
Will they be able to have another strong regular season in 2023-24?
And if they do, will they be able to convert that into a great postseason too?
If not, what happens to Mitchell in the future?
How committed is he to the Cavaliers?
If they aren’t able to find success in the postseason, will he cut ties with the team and move on?
His Saturday morning tweet proves that he’s ready to win big in the new season.
But will his dreams become a reality?
