The Miami Dolphins made a surprising move during the 2022 NFL offseason, signing Tyreek Hill to a four-year deal.
Hill proved to be a great complement to Jaylen Waddle, solidifying the team’s number one and two options.
While Waddle and Hill are the top options on this team, there are other vital members of their receiving room, including Cedrick Wilson.
Wilson was initially mentioned in trade rumors, which have been recently quelled.
According to Wilson’s latest comments via Daniel Oyefusi from the Miami Herald, he said, “I want to be here, I’m here right now.”

Wilson is still tied to the Dolphins until the 2024 season, given the three-year contract extension he signed in 2022.
While the team has gotten phone calls about trading Wilson away, there’s no telling what his future holds at this moment in time.
As Wilson later indicated, “I’m at work, so don’t bother with it every day.”
Assuming that Wilson stays on the Dolphins throughout the season, he’ll certainly have his work cut out for him.
The Dolphins did squeak into the playoffs last season, but, due to Tua Tagovailoa’s concussions, had an early exit.
Will they be able to make a similar, if not deeper run this season?
Aaron Rodgers is now a member of the New York Jets, adding an MVP quarterback to the division.
Not to mention, the New England Patriots have only improved during the offseason, and the Buffalo Bills look to once again be contenders to lead the division.
Can Wilson keep his place on this high-octane offense?
