Star running back Jonathan Taylor is now on the trade market, and a number of teams are expected to pursue him.
One of those teams is the Miami Dolphins, who finished 22nd in rushing touchdowns and 25th in rushing yards last season.
Their incumbent starting RB Raheem Mostert says he isn’t concerned about possibly losing his spot to one of the best in the game, via Cameron Wolfe.

The Dolphins are dealing with the loss of star cornerback Jalen Ramsey to a knee injury that is expected to sideline him until December, and they could use some more firepower, as they will likely have to win more with offense until Ramsey makes a full recovery.
They do have an explosive passing game behind quarterback Tua Tagovailoa, who had something of a breakout campaign last year, and possibly the best wide receiver duo in the NFL in Tyreek Hill and Jaylen Waddle.
But with the insane amount of talent and depth throughoout the AFC, that likely won’t be enough.
The New York Jets just added four-time Pro-Bowl running back Dalvin Cook, and the Buffalo Bills are already stacked with quarterback Josh Allen, wide receiver Stefon Diggs, and a very strong defense.
Elsewhere in the conference, the defending Super Bowl champion Kansas City Chiefs remain a threat, while the Cincinnati Bengals, Los Angeles Chargers, Cleveland Browns, and Baltimore Ravens are lurking.
Since the 2000 season, Miami has made the playoffs just four times and hasn’t won a single game there.
They at least have the foundation to try to recapture some of their long-ago glory.
