The Arizona Diamondbacks have to feel good entering Game 3 of the World Series.
They were able to split the first two games of the series on the road.
Now they have a chance to take a commanding series lead with the next three games at home.
In Game 3, the Diamondbacks will be starting rookie Brandon Pfaadt, and he will be opposed by Max Scherzer for Texas.
But, Game 4 seems to be where things will get interesting.
According to Talkin’ Baseball, the Rangers will start Jon Gray in Game 4 while the Diamondbacks will go with a bullpen game.

Arizona did the same thing in the NLCS where they threw a bullpen game.
They started Joe Mantiply, as he was the first of eight pitchers to throw in that game.
Arizona feels good about their bullpen and thinks they can survive with another bullpen game.
Also, throwing multiple pitchers at the Rangers can keep them off-balance.
Usually when a hitter faces a pitcher a few times they know what to look for.
But the Diamondbacks will not give any Rangers hitters that luxury in Game 4.
You never know how a bullpen game is going to go.
That is why winning Game 3 is so important for Arizona.
You can bet they will feel much more comfortable going to a bullpen game up 2-1 in the series rather than down.
After two games of this unexpected World Series, it seems like fans are in store for one that could go six or seven games.
