“Embrace the chaos” has been the Arizona Diamondbacks’ motto for the entire 2023 postseason.
And, boy, have fans done that.
By filling Chase Field every time the team plays at home, to watch parties and thousands of social media messages, D-Backs fans have shown their loyalty and excitement time and time again.
They have been behind every victory and every loss, supporting the squad as it has left behind the Milwaukee Brewers, the Los Angeles Dodgers, and the Philadelphia Phillies in the postseason.
Now, the organization has one last challenge before lifting its second World Series trophy: the American League champion Texas Rangers.
The D-Backs released a video, titled by them: “Calm before the chaos”.

You can see some of the roster’s stars, such as Corbin Carroll, Lourdes Gurriel Jr., Christian Walker, Tommy Pham, Merrill Kelly, Alek Thomas, and Evan Longoria training and getting ready for the final battle.
You can see some players admiring the World Series trophy, too, one of the most aesthetically beautiful in professional sports.
It’s a good thing they are preaching a bit of “calm” before the “chaos”, because the upcoming week has the potential to be one of the most thrilling and exciting in franchise history.
The last time the Diamondbacks played a World Series game was in 2001, when they defeated the New York Yankees in seven games to win it all just three years after their foundation.
On Friday, 22 years later, a new generation of young stars will try to make history and return the trophy to Phoenix.
