Once the official legal tampering period opened on Monday, the Dallas Cowboys already had to begin looking for a new starting running back, with the team losing one-time Pro Bowler Tony Pollard to the Tennessee Titans.
Pollard has reportedly agreed to terms with the Titans to be Derrick Henry’s successor in Tennessee, giving him a fresh start and the distinction as one of the star players on offense along with Will Levis and DeAndre Hopkins.
As for the Cowboys, the team that once had one of the most stacked backfields in the NFL no longer has a star attraction at the running back position, and after Henry agreed to join the Baltimore Ravens on Tuesday, the market for backs in the league is starting to dry up.
Although most of the big-name running backs that were available have already agreed to sign with other teams, the Cowboys might have a few options that could intrigue Jerry Jones and company.
Former Cowboys star wide receiver Dez Bryant believes he knows what would be a great fit in Dallas, as he is putting his support behind J.K. Dobbins, formerly of the Ravens.
You know who would be a great fit at the RB position for Dallas?
JK Dobbins!
I know he hungry and destined for a big season with the right opportunity
A lot of those young guys will see first hand what hard work look like
Just a thought

With Henry now the lead back in Baltimore, Dobbins has lost his starting spot with the Ravens and will likely look for greener pastures elsewhere, with Dallas being a potential landing spot.
However, even though Dobbins is one of the more talented backs in the league, he comes with his fair share of injury problems, as he’s struggled to stay healthy over the last few years, which is probably why he remains unsigned.
