According to most reports, Jonathan Kuminga doesn’t want to remain with the Golden State Warriors next season, but he may not have a lot of options.
However, the Phoenix Suns may have just created the best deal possible for Kuminga.
According to Evan Sidery, per Legion Hoops, the Suns are reportedly offering Kuminga nearly double what the Warriors have at $90 million over four years.
Should Kuminga and his management team leap at the chance to sign a contract with the Suns?

Kuminga apparently wants a deal that will give him more playing time, a starting spot in the lineup, and a long-term commitment.
The Warriors aren’t offering him that, and the best they can do is two years at $45, but Kuminga wants something closer to three years and $80 million.
This Suns deal would be much better than what Golden State will cough up, so Kuminga should consider it.
Phoenix could attempt to create a sign-and-trade deal with the Warriors, but Golden State has been very strict about what they want in any potential package.
They require first-round draft picks and talent that can develop over the years.
They are also resistant to any ugly contracts that will bog them down.
The options were already limited for Kuminga at the start of the offseason, but they have become even more minimal in the last few weeks.
It’s very unlikely that he will see something better than this, so he would be wise to think long and hard about it.
Has Kuminga played his last game for the Warriors, and will he pack his bags and head to Phoenix to help them start their post-Kevin Durant chapter?
