Desmond Bane’s career changed over the weekend when he was traded from the Memphis Grizzlies to the Orlando Magic.
Bane hasn’t been in Orlando for more than a couple of days, but he already has a new jersey.
A video shared by the team online, via ClutchPoints, featured Bane seeing his Magic uniform for the first time.
He was very happy with how it looked.
“Toughest jersey I will ever wear. For sure. What we thinking about the [no.] 3, though? DB for three,” Bane said.

Bane is excited to be with the Magic, and the team is elated to have him.
They are hoping everyone feels the same way at the end of next season.
The Magic put a lot into getting Bane, so they clearly think he could be a huge part of the team for the long-term future.
They are really optimistic about his shooting and what he can bring to the court.
Last season, Bane put up 19.2 points, 6.1 rebounds, and 5.3 assists for the Grizzlies, shooting 48.4 percent from the field and 39.2 percent from beyond the three-point line.
For a team that had infinite trouble shooting last season, those are great numbers for the Magic.
Like many other teams, Orlando believes that the Eastern Conference could be wide open next season.
The Boston Celtics will be without Jayson Tatum, the Cleveland Cavaliers and New York Knicks may come up short again, and a number of other squads are going through changes.
The Magic believe acquiring Bane gives them a path to postseason greatness.
He seems happy about the move to his new team, but how will he feel in a few months?
