The San Francisco 49ers have a budding star on their hands who has taken the NFL by storm.
One of the 49ers’ elite offensive weapons, Deebo Samuel, had just two words to say after last night’s game.

Purdy has impressed many in his first two NFL starts, by destroying the Tampa Bay Buccaneers last week, and beating the Seattle Seahawks on Thursday Night Football last night.
In this game, Purdy’s stat line was 17 for 26, 217 yards, and two touchdowns.
One of the most impressive stats of all?
Purdy has not thrown an interception in the two games that he’s started for the 49ers this year, through 47 total passing attempts.
With Purdy at the helm, the 49ers are looking like a rejuvenated offense, filled with energy and wanting to perform well alongside the rookie.
Purdy’s Instant Dominance
Although Purdy hasn’t had as much time with the first team as he would probably prefer to, he has been able to quickly develop rapport with different receivers on the team, resulting in fast success.
Let’s take last night’s game as an example.
Purdy established a connection with tight end George Kittle early in the game and kept finding Kittle throughout the remainder of the game.
Kittle had four catches for 93 yards and two touchdowns.
In the first game that Purdy started, he spread the ball around to eight different pass catchers.
It’s evident by Samuel’s above tweet that Purdy has great control of the locker room, and is well-liked throughout the organization.
