The Denver Nuggets have some of the most talked-about stars in the NBA right now, such as Nikola Jokic and Jamal Murray.
But they also have a strong cast of supporting stars who helped them claim their first championship on Monday night.
One of those players is someone who hasn’t been seen too often since coming to Denver: DeAndre Jordan.
Monday night’s win was a special one for Jordan, who has been in the league since 2008.
Not only did he earn his first championship ring, but he officially became the first player from the Los Angeles Clippers’ former “Big Three” to win the Finals.
As noted by Bleacher Report, Jordan earned his Finals win before both Blake Griffin and Chris Paul.

Ten years ago, the trio of Jordan, Griffin, and Paul was one of the most fearsome in the entire league.
They were the core of “Lob City”, an era of the Clippers that was exciting, unique, and full of potential.
But after continually coming up short, the team was broken apart.
Since then, each player has moved around the league, each with varying degrees of success.
But not one of them has won a championship ring – until now.
It is surprising to see Jordan be the first player from this Clippers team to go all the way.
However, he has paid his dues, worked hard, and stayed loyal to the teams that have signed him.
Since the Clippers, Jordan has played for the Dallas Mavericks, New York Knicks, Brooklyn Nets, Los Angeles Lakers, and Philadelphia 76ers.
Will he remain with the Nuggets for the rest of his career, especially now that he has finally reached his ultimate goal?
