After a two-year stint with the Arizona Cardinals, Hopkins will now join the Titans, who are coming off a 7-10 record.
Although the fan reaction has been split, many analysts believe that this was a great move for the Titans, potentially helping them make a splash in the AFC.
Despite Hopkins being an All-Pro receiver, the Titans have a big question remaining at the quarterback.
Ryan Tannehill found initial success on the Titans, leading them to the playoffs from 2019-2021.
