The Indianapolis Colts have done a masterful job this offseason of plugging the holes in their roster.
They addressed the need for a steadier quarterback by trading for former league MVP Matt Ryan.
Then, they upgraded their defense by bringing in Yannick Ngakoue and former Defensive Player of the Year Stephon Gilmore.
The Colts also acquired Nick Foles, who has won a Super Bowl with the Philadelphia Eagles.
These changes could propel the team into playoff contention.
But while those recent transactions are making headlines, All-Pro linebacker Darius Leonard wants his teammate to get the limelight as well.
Since olinemen are getting 99 ratings on madden, it would be nice to give the best guard in the game his flowers as well @BigQ56. Now that would be dope to see as a teammate.

He tweeted, “Since olinemen are getting 99 ratings on madden, it would be nice to give the best guard in the game his flowers as well @BigQ56. Now that would be dope to see as a teammate.”
Leonard is referring to guard Quenton Nelson, who was selected by the Colts in the first round of the 2018 NFL Draft.
He posted this tweet after the San Francisco 49ers’ Trent Williams received a 99 rating in Madden.
It’s the first time an offensive lineman got such a rating from the video game.
A Wall In The Colts’ Offensive Line
Nelson has been a stalwart in the trenches since joining the Colts.
He has been an All-Pro in each of his four seasons, joining the first team from 2018 to 2020.
The former Notre Dame standout was a Second-Team All-Pro last season.
He has also been a Pro Bowler in all four years.
If not for a foot injury he suffered last season, he could have played in every Colts game in his first four seasons.
However, the team should work out a long-term extension as soon as possible because Nelson will be playing under his fifth-year option in 2022 worth $13.7 million.
Without a new contract, he will be a highly-pursued free agent.
