During the 2022 NFL season, the New York Giants were able to find success under Brian Daboll in his first year as head coach.
Now, the Giants will look to improve upon their 2022 performance, making several key free-agent moves.
One of the main reasons for the Giants’ success was the growth and development of Daniel Jones.
According to NFL reporter Jordan Raanan, Jones and the Giants’ wide receiver room have recently been training in Arizona, which has turned into a yearly tradition.

During the offseason, the Giants have added Darren Waller and Parris Campbell as their two newest pass-catchers.
Their other receiving options include Jamison Crowder, Isaiah Hodgins, and Richie James, among others.
While the Giants don’t necessarily have a glowing receiver room on paper, it appears that the offense is spending time together, getting in sync before training camp.
The NFC East has continued to grow and develop, especially with the rise of Jalen Hurts and the Philadelphia Eagles.
Anything that Jones and the Giants can do in the offseason will be crucial to their success in the 2023 season, with an ultimate goal of winning the division.
Despite the Giants’ willingness to get receiving help during the offseason, there is still plenty of work to be done.
With the NFL Draft rapidly approaching, the Giants front office will need to determine if they will use first or second-round capital on an offensive player.
The landscape of the draft has changed in the last several years, as more teams have emphasized finding elite receiving talents in the early rounds.
