While Orlovsky highlighted Williams’ separation skills, the receiver also drew attention for his postgame appearance. Williams wore a hat with the word “S*X” displayed prominently on the front. The item was not overtly offensive, but the Lions chose to blur it in official videos shared online.
Despite the team’s decision to censor the headwear, Williams is unlikely to face disciplinary action or a fine from the NFL. The league has previously penalized players for uniform and equipment violations, though this situation does not appear to fall into that category based on current standards.
