The Los Angeles Chargers have already made several moves throughout the offseason.
Two of their most significant moves have come from their wide receiver room, as they released Mike Williams and traded away Keenan Allen.
Both players have been staples of this team for many years and have been instrumental in Justin Herbert’s development.
While it is sad for the fanbase to see them go, it is time for them both to move on.
Fans know that Allen’s landing spot is with the Chicago Bears, but Williams remains unsigned.
There has been speculation surrounding Williams’ future landing spot.
Dan Orlovsky recently suggested that Williams could be a good fit for the Pittsburgh Steelers, seeing that Russell Wilson is now there.
“No brainer for Steelers to match with Russ,” Orlovsky said.

Wilson will try to start his tenure with the Steelers on the right foot, and having a receiver like Williams could be a great start for him.
The Steelers traded Diontae Johnson to the Panthers, leaving a hole at the wide receiver position.
Williams has plenty of experience, and if the team is looking for a veteran to help round out their roster, he could be a great addition.
The Steelers still have not had a season with a record under .500 in the Mike Tomlin era, but as of late, they have not gotten over the hump.
Can Wilson help this team get there in 2024?
