The Portland Trail Blazers are playing a dangerous game with Damian Lillard right now, and things could get worse before they get any better.
Lillard demanded them to improve the roster multiple times, and they were either unable or unwilling to do so.
They ignored his ultimatums, and he finally let them know that he wanted to leave; more specifically, he even let them know where he wanted to be traded.
And now that the Blazers are playing hardball and his situation has been all over the news, Lillard took to Twitter with a cryptic post, likely calling out those who speculate about his situation.

According to the latest reports, his agent has been in touch with every single team showing an interest in trading for him to let them know that he’s not going to cooperate or be satisfied there.
Lillard has made it loud and clear that he wants to play for the Miami Heat, and it seems like he’s willing to go the extra mile to get his wish granted.
The Blazers haven’t been amazed by the Heat’s offers, and they continue to do their due diligence to try and find the best value for their superstar, as they should.
But multiple athletes have already set a precedent in today’s player empowerment era, so it feels like they’re just dragging and delaying the inevitable at this point.
Damian Lillard will play for the Miami Heat if he so chooses.
It may not happen today, tomorrow, or in two months, but it’ll happen.
