People are growing tired of the never-ending story between Damian Lillard and the Portland Trail Blazers.
They’re always teasing about parting ways with each other, and it all ends with Lillard wanting to win in Portland the hard way and stay loyal to the organization.
That seems to be the case again this season, even when it all pointed to him finally taking his talents somewhere else.
Moreover, Sam Amick (via NBA Central) reports that Lillard even has a dream scenario for his team in which the Blazers would re-sign Jerami Grant and also add Draymond Green to that mix.

Truth be told, that team would still fall short of championship contention.
For starters, Grant is reportedly demanding around $30 million per season despite not even being an All-Star.
He’s an average shooter, his scoring can be inconsistent, and his shot selection can be questionable.
As for Green, he’s one of the most intelligent players to ever live, and he’s a versatile defender who can guard one through five, but he might not be enough to get this team over the hump.
The Blazers’ youth movement won’t benefit from Lillard or Grant staying, and their chances of signing Green are pretty slim, considering he’s more than likely to re-sign with the Golden State Warriors.
Fans, analysts, and even some colleagues have pretty much begged Lillard to leave Portland already.
But at this point, whatever happens is on him.
